Refund Policy

It is our top priority to make sure that all the products we ship arrive in perfect condition. However, if under specific circumstances you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please note that we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS at this time. As a small business, we unfortunately won't be able to cover the shipping fee required for customers to ship the products back to us. The situation can also get messy if the returned product gets lost in transit. Therefore, only items that arrive faulty, defective, missing and/or the wrong product are subjective to a refund, store credit or replacement at our own discretion.

Order Cancellation

We won't be able to guarantee the cancellation of your order. Once orders are fulfilled and shipped out, we are not able to provide refunds.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for making sure that the address is filled in correctly. If the item was not able to deliver due to an incorrect address that was not caused on our side, we unfortunately won't be able to provide a refund.
  • Due to language barrier and communication complications, once the item had reached the local post office, it is up to the customer to contact the local post office if the item wasn't able to deliver for various reasons.

 Refund 

You will be eligible for refund or store credit at our discretion if:

  • The product arrives faulty, defective, missing and/or the wrong product.  Please note that if you're requesting a full refund for a faulty and/or defective item, the declared issue must be substantial enough to the point where it can longer perform its function (e.g. broken handle on a bag, dress with big rips, major scratches on jewelry, etc.). Otherwise it will be subjected to a partial refund, store credit or replacement based on the severity of the defect at our own discretion. 
  • You have not received your product for over 60 days.

If this is the case, connect with us by sending your emails to contact@urbanvinta.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product name
  • The issue with your product
  • Photos that display the issue and proof of purchase

Additional Important Guidelines:

  • We do not offer returns and exchange for wrong sizes purchased by customers. Therefore, we highly suggest customers to take a look at the size chart or get in touch with us before purchasing.
  • Please do not send the items back to the address on the package. Any item sent to the address on the package will not be refunded.
